Well I had too much crap yesterday, so I'm gonna lay off the food a bit today. Hopefully to get down to yesterdays weight. I think todays weight would have been even more if I hadn't have gone for a walk and swimming last night! So going to pull finger out for the rest of the wk now and try and get a great los on monday night at slimming. *fingers crossed*
