Today is the start of my phase 2.
I was just glad to be able to have coffee today. Looking forward to some meat also. I lost 4lbs during fast 1. I probably would have lost more if I could exercise. I can't start any exercise until next week. So I'm looking forward to even better results at the end of phase two.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
