hey not bad for not doing so good on the points this week!!! i'm proud of myself, i think what helped a lot was the water!! i drank sooo much water on wednesday and thursday to help me at least lose some ounces, but hey.. i lost more than ounces!!! :) weightwatchers rocks!!
