here we go again. Ime such a bad emotional eater and mix it with thyroid failure and ya girl struggles. its definietly a bumpy road ahead of me, but im trying to stay positive.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
