Yuck.. OK started the blood type O Diet 4 days ago and quit coffee, cold turkey!!!

Let's see how it goes. Been eating wayyy too much chocolate and crap!

Now it's time to break it down to salads and veggies and meat, some fruits

Gotta look hot for playa del carmen in 1 month
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
