I didn't do anything different this week. i continued my workouts, I only ate what I'm supposed to and I not only didn't lose but I gained! :-( I hate weeks like this!!!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
