Right now I feel excited mainly because I just finished working out. The other part is the fact that I got off my lazy ass and exercised and I'm watching what I eat. This elated, 'Oh Hell yeah!'kick ass feeling is what I want to keep feeling and eventually feel when I look in the mirror.
173.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
