Today marks my third week without sugar. Would of been 5+ weeks but that little 7.5 ounce can of Coke I had with a drink reset my quit date. So far I’m have no cravings or desire to slip up again. Since this is a life choice, not a diet restriction, it’s easier for me without a end date.
Though I’ve only been using this app for a week, I’m actually down 21lbs since May. Absolutely loving using this as a dieting tool. Food prepping, exercise and calorie tracking will prevail!!
