started the 28th of June, finally down in the 200 no longer obese, plus have been doing strength exercises so as not to loose muscle. have. toned up my muscles and have at least 15vmore pounds to loose. of course that depends on how flat I get my stomach. Fun how even after losing 41 pounds I'm not happy with my accomplishment so far.
