Feeling with more energies and more positive, i will take this slowly, and enjoy a bit more, my deadline in front of me and those 400 grams are stuck with me. So if i dont get to lose them. I will have to accept that for this Friday i have not completed my challenge. I'm not going to cheat by starving myself or over exercising just to move one number.
