I stopped eating candy and dessert 3 weeks ago. I haven’t lost any weight. So on Monday, I started a low carb diet. My hang up is exercise. My plan is to start doing a short workout at least every other day. Also, I will increase the amount of water I drink. I have a long ways to go but I’m motivated.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
