Ok, I've been on low-carb for five weeks and haven't lost a pound. At least I haven't gained any. I think I need to take this low-carb diet to the next level and start counting calories as well. Ive been eating a lot of cheese and sauces and stuff that are low-carb but very high in fat and calories. Maybe if I do a better job of eating low carb AND counting calories, I will have better results. So today is day one of a new focus - still low carb but also low fat. Goodbye cheese and dairy!
