I have actually found that truly, with patience and actually following the recommended intake, that I can lose weight! I still have to make sure to exercise however, because the intake set for me is based on my original choice of being moderately active. Sometimes that is hard when things come up after work or if I am just so tired. But for the most part I think I do OK. I think also my weight probably fluctuates, but seems to slowly be going down, so that's good!
