Have been consuming lots of fresh fruit, nuts, grains, veg juices and water. On occasion I feel like something cooked and I will steam corn on the cob, sweet potato or maybe a veggie burger on thin multi-grain bread. I have been monitoring my activity and recognize I can do better. I will take the 10,000 step challenge and hope that boost my activity level. I am again remaking my eating style so as soon as it is firm I will post. Have a great week everyone..
