i did horrible this weekend and it shows...this week i am fasting and just drinking my shakes and i have been feeling very BLAH..idk whats going on i have been sick in the morning and my stomach is feeling like cramp...my motivation is not like it useto be..i will work out in the morning at the gym and then at night work out at home...starting tomorrow...UGHH the scale really made my day worst...i was trying to get out of the 190's not stay in them or go higher...very upsetting
194.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

Don't get so down on yourself. Drink lots of water today, and it will come off. Sometimes it helps to ignore that you fell off the horse and just get back on it.

yes you are right..but i was so excited that i was close to the 180's but i got too happy thinking well i won't gain weight and wow it hit me like a bag of chips..i just need to get a handle on it

I would love to be hit with a bag of chips right now. Doritos and homemade Ranch. Aaaaaa is 3 o clock hungry time!
