눈뜨고 44.7키로 20시간 단식 후 44.4키로..
뭔가 변화가 필요하다..
유산소 운동도 꾸준히 하고 훌라후프도 40분 돌리는데..ㅠㅠ
97.9 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
