I guess I am a little disapointed this morning. I did very good yesterday and boy did I get a ton of exercise. Last night was tough for me went to parents cooked ribs no problem. I than got home and seen some double chocolate doughnuts that my hubby brought home and man let me tell you temptation kicked in. BUT I am glad to report I did not give in I ate a tsp. of peanut butter. WHEW thanksgiving is near!
219.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think we all have setbacks. But as long as you know where you went wrong and get back on track, don't be to hard on yourself.
