This two mont stall has really got me baffled. Went back to basics this last week and a half, and now I have a gain. I'm sure the big jump from yesterday is due to normal daty to day change. I haven't really changed the foods that i eat from when i was losing before. This two month stall is getting tiresome.

I plan on having a low carb Thanksgiving (turkey and mashed cauliflower are on the menu) so hopefully i will have a loss next week.
286.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've lost a lot of weight thus far. Maybe your body went into survival mode for a bit here and is just holding onto the pounds. I've heard of people stalling and dropping a large amount of weight "overnight" out of nowhere. Keep at it! You're doing great!
