Kinda weird yesterday I did not get a chance to weigh and I weighed this morning and all I lost was .2 ounces but I guess its better than gaining right? Well I am hoping I can be strong for the holidays.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
