2 full days of Carb Nite...I'm certain this is actually water..but I feel a difference...not hungry and enjoying the food...it helps that my partner is on board. I've had more energy, so my activity has increased. I also try to attend a 12 step meeting each day while I'm detoxing from the binging and I ask for help from the Creator each day....2 things- grant me courage to call some one or journal when I'm super hungry and I've just eaten...it usually something else..and that "something else" is giving more grief than I can tell...but its real hard to see it if I just keep eating the feelings away...Thanks for all you folks on this site.
