Ok, officially two days of rest and my back (and other issues) seem to be feeling better. I have 1 more day of the 4 days a week walk dog for 30 minutes challenge and today I am going out for exercise! Tonight is elliptical night as well. Lost another 1 pound and I feel upbeat and positive. This coming week, MUST add to all my exercises STRETCHES. I will start beforehand but my weekly exercise plan will incorporate it.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so glad you are getting better. Back pain not something you want to play with. And can really prevent you from exercising. Try not to push it too much, i believe that you are in the correct path with your stretches. Good luck!

Just got back from a 55 minute walk with my dog Hiro. Back feels a touch tense but not painful. I agree, must be more careful. Hope you are having a great day!
