down another pound this week. first full week adding the starches, dairy & fats that the nutritionist wanted. surprised to find weight still going down with these items added to the diet besides having to increase caloric intake 400 calories a day per nutritionist request. Yippee!
292.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 112.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
