I have set up a new goal weight and I am managing to stay around 10 stone. I haven't eaten much in the last fees days but seem to be sticking weight wise at the moment.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
