FIANLLY BROKE MY NEMESIS WEIGHT!!!! 167 was my evil number and I finally broke past it :) feels amazing.

165.6 lb Lost so far: 53.5 lb. Still to go: 24.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.6 lb a week
