I seemed to have hit a plateau. :-( I am still eating the same foods (low carb/low fat) and working out 6 days a week but this week I went up a pound and then lost it again. I know I'm not supposed to focus so much on the weight but that is the whole goal here. :-( The scale moving gives me motivation.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
