Yesterday morning I went running, which wasn't the smartest thing to do immediately following two days of fasting. I'll need to plan next week's fasting days and running days a bit better.

Yesterday I also had an all day event, which provided me with breakfast, lunch and wine. I had expected to have gained some weight but weighed in this morning lower than yesterday. I'm pretty proud of myself. Perhaps running in the morning wasn't such a bad idea?

Today there is an ice cream social and I'm eating lunch out with a friend. These social situations have proven easier than I had anticipated to remain somewhat sociable while watching my intake. Hopefully that proves true again today.

151.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
