I weigh the same again and I ate trashy spicy chicken sandwich from bk. I did ditch the majority of the bun but ate small fries with like 4 ketchups and half the sprite. Also like those balanced snacks with cheese and nuts for lunch. I'm kind of amazed as long as I get my 8000 to 10,000 steps a day I seem to maintain. Love it!
