Ugh, this is hard. My weight is coming off so slowly. I guess it's better than gaining. It went on slow, it will come off slow.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I know it's frustrating... but it's healthier and you are less likely to gain back when you lose it slow (so they say :-)
