Whoop whoop Excess holiday weight gone. cold turkey wasn't too bad, helped by hot weather, managed to drink loads of water and avoid alcohol- miracle of miracles!! Sunday had a full on family day drip in 30 degrees and managed the plan. finding my way around the food packs which have changed, the milk shakes are still the best I've tasted (tried a few) a couple of soups and 'meals' are weirdly peppery, but most are good. Needed extra salt in first few days to help with detox, it took away the headaches... But all good, chuffed. I guess it's first week euphoria, let's see how long I can last!
