Great last few days. I have started the new Insanity workout. I haven't quite done it everyday like the program recommends but it has still been fun. I think it is going to help me get to the goal.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
