Knew it would happen sooner or later. For the first time I have crept up over my intended goal weight. Stocked up yesterday on the lean cuisine, veggies and progresso soup. This will be a good test to see if I can get my head back in the game. Today we are getting rid of the food items I tend to grab when I am in a hurry. Good support makes a big difference. Oh yah, back to weekly weigh-ins.
