Tested negative for COVID 19. I do however have Pleurisy. Breathing hurts so bad. Back to bed.

163.3 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb. Still to go: 23.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.7 lb a week

Ouch!! Pleurisy can be so painful 🙏for fast healing.
