hey everybody...i am sorry i haven't been on here i miss you all..and i love seeing everyone progress i have lost a pound i have a mini goal for my self this week to try to make to the 180's and get out of the 190's i feel that i can do it and i will..i have started something different this week but this week i am in the house and in the morning i walk and run for 1 hour and instead of going to the gym becasue i have this new dvd called bikini bootcamp and she really works you out and everyday i will be switching up my DVDS so i am interested and seeing how this goes for me
192.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

well this past week you will be surprised i thought i weighed more..lol i have been stressed about things at home so thats why i havent been focused but yes i am trying to get there....it's very crazy becasue it's like i can't get out of the 190's lol and i want to be at least working out of my 180's but i know weight loss especially when your doing it right it doesn't happen over night but it seem liked i gained it like that..
