Back after a long time away. Now at my highest weight ever! . Aiming to lose a stone over the next 12 weeks and get back to a (fairly) healthy BMI using a combination of IF and calorie control.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
