So I'm exercising pretty good but am having a hard time getting back to eating super healthy! In Jesus' name I bind these unhealthy habits from my life!!!! My goodness! It's such a battle, but I know I will get thru it!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
