Nice! Almost back down to 200! Which means almost back to where I was the last time I started dieting, then failed, then gained what I lost plus more! Once I get to 185, I'll be at my "true" starting weight. How did I put on 30 pounds in a year after losing 16? I'll just be glad to get back down into the 100's - I can't believe I ever made it into the 200's! Yikes!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
