I had fruits on Sunday. Celliers is a bit sick so no jumping rope. My period started on Monday, then had a bit of a binge on Tuesday. Today focussing again to get everything on track.
139.1 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
