Getting past 142 has sure been a challenge. For the past year, I've been bouncing between 142 and 147. Adding lots of physical activity has been my main method of getting in shape, and even though I do count my food intake and journal daily, I have not been successful at moderating my eating. My best intentions of having a 1400-calorie day fall apart in the evenings when I'm alone. I'm looking for some new motivation so I will get back on track to lose those last 15 or so pounds. Anybody have an idea?
