So today I decided I was going to be even stricter. I read up quite a bit on KetoDiet. Having done paleo before it is very similar. I have also decided to do the 18-6 fasting routine. The only thing is to make sure I come up with interesting meals so that I don’t get bored because boy do I love my carbs 😭😭😭🙈🙈
So let’s see how it goes 😁
210.1 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
