It worked. Drank almost 4 liters of tea yesterday. Swelling gone.
Lesson learned - drink 3-4 liters a day instead of 2.
308.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 185.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
