I am very disappointed in myself right now. During the day I count my calories and portion my food perfectly. I plan a healthy dinner and then snack time hits hard and I lose it. I’m still walking the same as I have since June 22nd and I’m gaining weight back. I’m going to go back to no eating after dinner. Sweets and salty snacks, as healthy as I try to make them are going to be my downfall if I don’t change. I always tell my kids at school it’s ok to make mistakes, but it’s even better when you learn from them. Back to basics for me.

I hear ya! I find right around 4:00 to be my trouble time even when I plan for my dinner. I keep raw almonds on my counter now and figure if I have to "snack" on something, this is better than eating everything in the fridge.
