Weight continues to be "steady." Really interesting watching my weight bounce up and down. over the last week Earlier this week, I weighed in at 289. thought it was a mistake but weighed my self many times. Then it fell to 286 and has been on 284 for the last two days. Trying to keep the carbs below 30 per day.
This is a weight I was at for years so maybe my body thinks it likes it here.
