I am trying and having a great deal of problems - I want to eat something.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.3 lb a week

Think volume. Try a large bag of 94% fat free popcorn and a apple. Keep that in the cab. It might work for you.

Try keeping Almonds in the truck. Eat fruit, carrots etc. Drink lots of water, and remember, if you are hungry, drink water....

Nuts are good, but remeber nuts are a good source of fat for gaining weight, like peanut butter. If you are not very active I would stay away of to many nuts. Like Mickey said, go for the banannas, apples, carrots. You need to be drinking close to a gallon of water a day. Get yourself a water bottle and keep it close and full. The more water you drink the fuller you will feel and the less you will eat. You can do it.
