Well I am proud I dropped 2lbs this morning and I will be honest it is hard. I am getting thru it tho last night my husband brought home a pack of cookies and doughnuts for my kids and I was tempted but instead I ate a atkins chocolate bar and coffee WHEW I am glad I did. I just ask God for the strength and serenity to get thru the hard part.
