Lost 2lb this week well pleased. Had a lovely walk out to the marina (1.5 mile each way) this afternoon to enjoy the sunshine. Will still get the treadmill out tonight though.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
