I'm concerned that old eating habits and haunts are still there. And I just can't get the motivation to exercise. I'm hoping that if I commit myself to tracking food and exercise that I can see weak areas or at least stay more focused.
Food is my poison. :(
145.2 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too am having issues with exercise but I have committed to focusing one thing at a time. I began this week entering all foods in my fournal. Next week, I will try to add exercise to my regime. Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do it all at one time. Focus on one thing at a time. Good Luck!!
