I wrote down everything to a T so I lost a pound. I think I may have a UTI so I bought some AZO hopefully start feeling better. I really want to see the 209 periods
223.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
