I have no idea how I managed to lose any weight this week. I went over my RDI almost every day last week. I ate out a bunch of times, had beer, and did other things that weren't good for me. Yet, somehow, I'm down on weight. I guess I'm just not eating enough and my metabolism is getting confused. I'll just have to wait and see how this plays out.
251.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 November 2010:

I've figured out that when I eat more than my RDI, my body doesn't think it's starving and I lose weight! I actually have a goal to hit 1500 RDI each day. Preferably, more protein than carbs but it doesn't always work that way for me. Keep up the good work, Seth!
