I had a great day swimming with my grand kids and then a nice walk with a friend. 13,000+ steps feels really good. Now I am ready for a good sleep.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
