only lost 5 lbs this month. I'm disappointed but I'm sticking with my diet. my body is waking up with plenty of energy. I'll be going to the gym to get back in shape.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Five pounds in a month may not be very exciting, but remember, this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. It took me many years to gain 150 pounds. I've been at this for 16 months now, and I've averaged 5.3 pounds a month, but I weigh 83 pounds less than I did when I started, and I find that very satisfying. You're doing great, keep up the good work. 🌈

Shirfleur is 100% correct !! Slow & steady will result in a more maintainable and healthier drop. Also, think of it as a new relationship with food versus a "diet". Best wishes for success on your journey!!! You've already made great progress! 👍👍🌈🌈
